| The
last couple weeks have been filled
with races in preperation for the
US Team Trials which are only two
weeks from now. My season started
of great and my confidence has been
growing. The last race did not go
so great however. I was competing
at the Dickerson Open in Maryland
and ended up in eight place. I approached
the race like any other but the
course is very complicated and I
would have to spend more time training
there to figure it out. With only
three workouts at the venue before
the race, I felt quite unprepared
and I think my focus was lost after
first runs. This is just another
experience for me and I am not letting
my loss shoot down my confidence.
Like I said before, I have Team
Trials in only two weeks and I need
to prepare well. To see results
