Center's bottom pool getting refilled.
During the winter, the Center drains
water in order to clean the channels
and do maintenance on the pumps.
Once the process is done, it takes
a couple weeks for them to refill
the pool. The reason being is that
the water comes from mostly from
underground wells which are relatively
small.
